End of the month!
When you see people gathering in front of ATM machines, this is when you know you’re at the end of the month!
This photo was taken at the end of May in Tripoli while I was on my way to a proud member of the axis of evil, i.e. Syria!
I wonder why the guys withdrawing money from the ATM are not concerned about their privacy…
