Hawa Chicken caught in the act

I just came across this photo by Cheyef 7alak of raw chicken parts spilled on the road from a truck belonging to Hawa Chicken, with a worker apparently trying to put everything back into the plastic containers.

Notice how messy the inside of the truck also looks. Anyway, one can only hope these parts didn’t end up getting sold to Hawa Chicken’s customers!

The Hawa Chicken logo is for sure is photoshopped into this picture, just zoom in and you will see the difference in quality between the logo and the truck.

I saw a discussion about that on Twitter, that’s why I looked up the car plate number of that truck and it turned out to be registered under the name of Hawa Chicken, so it’s indeed them.

So what if it was sold to customers? Roasting it will kill any bacteria on it. If it fell after they were cooked then you can talk.

Not really, cooking will kill MOST of the bacteria not all of it. In addition, the toxins it may produce may not be killed by the heat.
Anyway, good for your for not noticing a hygiene problem in that photo!

I am sure they will wash it off. Not a big deal. People won’t won’t die from little bacteria if anything little is good for the immune system. Stop complaining like a little sissy boy.

Regardless of whether “Hawa Chicken” has been photoshopped on the truck, this is worrying. Most likely this company (whether Hawa Chicken or another) is going to sell these chickens. Why? because this is Lebanon.
