Flight from hell – Middle East Airlines

One of the blog readers, Hussein Dajani, sent me this series of videos he took onboard Middle East Airlines (MEA) flight 427 from Dubai to Beirut on May 3rd 2012.

Hussein interviewed several passengers on that flight about their unpleasant experience on the airplane that looked more like a bus where chairs are broken, food is bad, entertainment system is defected, and the AC doesn’t function until the airplane takes off because it is so old!

The bad experience and the video were reported by Hussein to MEA’s page on Facebook, and unsurprisingly he got banned and blocked from posting any further comment.

Update:

MEA finally issued the below statement as a reply to the videos and the negative comments they were getting.

To our fans, customers and readers alike,

In the past week or so, videos and pictures have been circulated on the web pointing out problems customers have faced on a couple of MEA flights. They included service quality issues such as an out of use seat and a dysfunctional display unit amongst others. These videos and pictures created with the intention of raising awareness about MEA’s customer service, and which have caused others to provide valuable comments and feedback, have been taken on-board whole heartedly.

Anyone who flies regularly will probably have experienced at some time or another that service on an airline can vary from flight to flight. As such, our company’s priority is to strive to deliver a consistent service across the board. The best way to provide this consistency in our view is to listen to customers’ feedback addressing their issues whenever possible, to implement the latest technologies and systems throughout the company as they become available, and finally to undertake all our usual measures to assess consistency through thorough quality control of flight safety, in-flight services, entertainment and overall passenger comfort.

Here at MEA, we feel it is our duty not only to our customers, but to the country as a whole to accurately represent our nation by reflecting our reputation for outstanding hospitality in every aspect of the service we provide as an airline. Currently, our fleet is being expanded as some may already know from our recent campaign “5000 Mabrouk” where we unveiled our brand new A320 aircraft. We’re expecting two more aircraft to be delivered in coming months. We have also finished planning the new cargo center which will be spread over 20,000 sq. m. of land, will contain a hangar with a 5,000 sq. m. capacity for exports and another 10,000 sq. m. hangar for imported goods, in addition to a large parking lot.

In light of the videos we have seen, the comments provided in social forums and the valuable feedback we are receiving online, we are glad to announce that we will be increasing our presence in various social media to provide dynamic interaction with our customer base worldwide. While we encourage everyone to describe their experience on MEA flights through social media and contact us by whichever means available, we’d like to remind our customers that the most direct means of communication for requests and complaints to be handled effectively within the shortest timeframe is by emailing saader@mea.com.lb (Customer Services Department).

Sincerely,
The MEA Team

Issuing this statement is probably the least they can do in such situation. The most important is actually walking the talk.

Also the AC on all airplanes don’t work while parked on the ground not just MEA.

      • Zeidan May 8, 2012 at 9:07 pm #

not sure I agree with you Mark…

        http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Environmental_control_system_(aircraft)

I think your referring to cars :) , ever wondered what the white smoke-like air coming out from under the cabinets when you enter the plane is? Ask around.

        • Mark May 8, 2012 at 9:51 pm #

I don’t think I’m wrong. I spend a lot of time traveling and most of the time while parked on the tarmac the ac’s just give out air. once the engines turn on and you’re going to take off the air condition starts.

sometimes in the middle of summer though the planes get help from what i call AC cars, they plug in to the plane and help the aircondition give cold air while it’s parked.

This article is FALSE, and constitutes an commercial attack anf offensive againsta the PROFESSIONAL service and SPLENDID flights with MEA – MIDDLE-EAST AIRLINES.

This article is wrtitten by Hussein who is JORDANIAN from Royal Jordanian, which is a very approximative company in termes of securrity and services.

      This is jaleousy.

MEA and AIR FRANCE are the BEST EVER WORLDWIDE.

      • Mark May 8, 2012 at 9:52 pm #

ummm no, MEA and Air France are not the best ever in the region yet alone worldwide…

      • Habib May 9, 2012 at 12:15 am #

This video is false? really? Do you guys work for some dictatorship or something? How could you go ‘too far’ by interviewing fellow passengers, fellow unsatisfied customers? Thats a great idea actually and big props to Hussein for thinking of it.

It never ceases to amaze me how much corporate and political pandering goes on in Lebanon–people rushing to defend corporations and defame those who are brave enough to speak up. Companies and parties do make mistakes and its good to point them out. It’s too bad that so many people in Lebanon, such as those commenting on this thread, mistake critical thinking for “jealousy” and “suspicious” attacks, i.e. “fee shi”. No wonder so little gets done in Lebanon–people are too busy coming up with conspiracy theories and defending crappy things that never get fixed.

  2. Mark May 8, 2012 at 11:20 am #

You forgot to mention the reader is a “Social Media Consultant”. He emailed us the same videos as well but we told him it all sounded too fishy and looked like he was trying to screw MEA for either not hiring him or wanting to hurt them so he could come and save the day.

    • Rami May 8, 2012 at 12:13 pm #

I highly doubt he’s doing it just for the sake of hurting MEA, I believe he just wants to be heard. Anyway, would you hire the person who ruined your reputation to restore it back?
And by the experience I’ve had on several flights, I recall AC does work when the airplane while parked on the ground, but of course gets more powerful after take off.

      • Mark May 8, 2012 at 9:54 pm #

You don’t find it weird that a social consultant is starting an anti mea social campaign? who goes around recording videos of passengers and their issues like this? this doesn’t seem prepared to you?

Also planes when parked give out air, when engines start it gives out AC. Similar to what the people in the video you posted described.

  3. lebmambojumbo May 8, 2012 at 11:47 am #

Agree with Mark on this, this looks like a personal Vendetta against MEA…
This Hussein fellow seems dodgy anyway

  4. LeCritique May 8, 2012 at 12:53 pm #

I would have understood if he had recorded one video showcasing a random problem that occurred with him, but to actually interview people, and push them to talk negatively…..sounds fishy…

I guess this is the problem with us Lebanese….A Lebanese “consultant” publicly bashing the Lebanese national carrier…..Really a shame

  5. Rana May 8, 2012 at 2:34 pm #

Sorry but MEA suck…the prices are highly expensive, and the service is bad. I took MEA several times to go from Switzerland to Lebanon, the screen never worked, the food was bad and the chairs were broken and the ticket price was around 1000 – 1200 dollars ( in november, low season) . They were making profit of being the only direct flight from geneva to beirut. Now i am flying on swiss air direct as well in JULY, for 600 dollars .
This is ridiculous, for the prices we are paying, MEA should provide a decent service to the customers.

    • Hani May 9, 2012 at 10:35 pm #

Rana, I agree with you, just because we are Lebanese and proud of our national carrier does not mean we should gloss over the bad stuff and ignore the very real problems inherent in a ‘national carrier’ like MEA. It is overpriced and, let’s face it, its a dinasaur. It may have been a regional leader back in the 60s, but with the sheer number of low cost carriers around, I can’t see that having an overstaffed national carrier makes much sense anymore, other than to help massage our bruised Lebanese (male) egos. Its about fleet size, and engine power, its a very male thing. We tend to be proud of the tail fin that carriers a Cedar tree on it, not to mention nostalgic.

  6. Gilles May 8, 2012 at 3:30 pm #

I can’t see any flights for MEA427 on May 3rd. The only ones I see are for May 4th (Airbus A321| Registration: OD-RMH) and May 2nd (Airbus A320 | Registration: OD-MRM)

    Airbus A321| Registration: OD-RMH —> http://img.planespotters.net/photo/251000/original/OD-RMH-MEA-Middle-East-Airlines-Airbus-A321-200_PlanespottersNet_251831.jpg

    (Airbus A320 | Registration: OD-MRM —> http://www.frankfurt-aviation-friends.de/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/OD-MRM-0800-02022012-21392.jpg

I never flew on board these planes, but my experiences with MEA from Paris to Beirut and vice versa on board the Airbus A330 has been nothing but splendid in terms of both service and equipment.

  7. Gilles May 8, 2012 at 3:37 pm #

And about AC on the ground, the plane usually gets air for a portable AC connected to the plane since not enough air goes through the engines for it to be conditioned.

When the plane is in the air, the air going through the engine’s compressors is used to either be cooled or heated.

Given that the departure location was Dubai (HOT), the portable AC should have been there. (Not sure if this MEA’s responsibility or Dubai’s Airport).

  8. Talal May 8, 2012 at 5:20 pm #

I happen to know Hussein professionally and he certainly hasn’t got a personal Vendetta against MEA! He is trying to be heard and put his case forward especially when MEA themselves refused to hear him out when he tried to reach out to them in more than one way. You CANNOT do that to a frustrated customer, especially if he is a social media Consultant :-) … They simply screwed up from a PR perspective, handling this ‘issue’. Thumbs up for their PR agency or PR Consultant!

I am a PROUD Lebanese, just for the record. And the last thing I would want to see is negative publicity on our national carrier, an airline which has been around for ages and ages – long before many of the new ‘kids on the block’ … But my personal experience with the airline has also been negative, unfortunately – and on more that one instance. And it was mostly to do with Customer service. Food was not bad, Pilots were top class (and they always will be). Appreciate that we do not have the “funds” that other airlines have and hence we have the smallest fleet of all today. But Customer service does not require a huge investment. It just requires logic and common sense. If you have a frustrated customer who has reached out to you in ways more than one, least you do is LISTEN to him, acknowledge his situation and RESPOND not REACT!

Perhaps Hussein went overboard with the videos and posts and blogs and all.
But this was all out of his frustration and anger at the way he was treated. And unfortunately to them, he happened to be a social media expert and blogger!

We are all ready to support our national carrier but they also have a task to do, and it starts here and now. I wouldn’t want to fly any other airline if I get the right service and treatment on MEA.

    • lebmambojumbo May 8, 2012 at 6:04 pm #

So then since he a “social media consultant” and they “should have heard him out” then he planned this in advance, making sure to ‘interview’ passengers and then plug it in all the right places to get attention, sounds like this was premeditated and a well thought of plan.

Seems like it is a personal vendetta, plus since you guys are buddies ask him to clear up the flight number issue since according to Gilles, that flight does not exist and his links confirm it.

Now the most likely scenario is that he knew this would generate buzz and give him some much needed attention on the web, in that case then i say bravo to him since any publicity is still good publicity

Dear Plus961 team: Thank you for posting this on your website.

Dear those who are against me, those who disagree with me, those who think am doing this for fame, those who think am doing this because I want to win MEA’s business, those who think am doing this because I don’t care about MEA, those who think am doing this because because and because… This is what I have to say:

    If we care about Lebanon…
If we care about Lebanese brands…
If we want to feel welcomed, appreciated, and part of Lebanon…
If we want to go back to live in Lebanon…

We need to voice our opinions openly, in full transparency, in a full democratic manner, and in a polite manner which engages people to discuss (whether they agree with each other or not) and to reach a solution which makes everyone happy.

Middle East Airlines – Air Liban: They can delete my posts, they can disregard my comments, they can block me, they can accuse me of anything they want… I don’t care, you’re my National Airline company and I will keep posting until you regain the trust and pride I once had for you!

This is not my first and will surely not be my last attempt in expressing my and your, regardless of age / sex / nationality / marital status / political affiliations / social status, etc, frustration as to what our country and its pillars have come to.

I am an ashamed Lebanese when I see the Lebanese people’s political representatives littering in the streets and justifying their actions; damaging the one thing we hold on to for the future of our children and grandchildren… our environment.

I am an ashamed Lebanese consumer when I get on a Middle East Airlines – Air Liban flight and experience what many of you have experienced; complete and utter disregard for any human or monetary value that we work so hard to earn in an attempt to consume Lebanese products.

I am an ashamed Lebanese TV viewer when I see the kind of news and programs TV stations in Lebanon post on their channels. Are we attempting to instill knowledge or remove this knowledge from our future?

I am an ashamed Lebanese citizen when I try, over and over again, to get access to politicians, but unfortunately, all efforts are rendered pointless. By access I mean, many of us just want to be heard, nothing more, nothing less.

I am an ashamed Lebanese citizen who drags himself forcefully back to Lebanon, only to see his parents.

However, I am NOT ashamed to voice my concerns about what I hold so close to my heart.

What happened to Lebanese service? What happened to Lebanese respect? What happened to Lebanese hospitality? Where did we lose touch with our most amazing qualities?

If we do not stand up to preserve what is ours, who will? Who speaks for me? Who speaks for you?

It is time to stop talking and start acting. I know that is what I am going to do. Are you with me?

For Lebanon, for your family and for my family… actions speak louder than words.

All I ask for in this post is that we are provided the means and the voices to access those people who we can hold responsible for all the failures people like you and I need to face everyday. It is time to hold them accountable. Lebanon and its people DEMAND accountability!

This is all I ask for. I respectfully request your help and assistance in working together to get our voices heard and start seeing changes.

You want to know who I am, everything is public on: http://www.facebook.com/hussdajani

You think am doing this to win MEA’s business: I am actually jobless.

You think am doing this for fame: If I were in your shoes, I would have thought so too, however, it’s your personal choice but believe me, there are many ways a person can get famous.

    Cheers.

    Hussein

      Hussein, you are pathetic!

Jobless eh? Go fool someone else :)

  10. Socio May 8, 2012 at 6:38 pm #

Hussein Dajani is a total douchebag. Airlines are never perfect, and MEA is one of the best in the region in terms of their service. If this isn’t a personal vendetta, it certainly is a self-promotion campaign so he could look like the social media messiah that made a dent in the company’s fortunes – and that won’t happen.

If the intention is good, one can influence MEA with positive reinforcement, and not all that negative BS. A capable social media ‘consultant’ would know that.

    • Mark May 8, 2012 at 9:56 pm #

whats up with people thinking MEA are the best? have you guys actually flown any other airline?

  11. Zeidan May 8, 2012 at 7:16 pm #

Seems funny to me how far this has went without MEA asking Hussein whats wrong….consultant or not, he had a problem and MEA social team / PR should have captured it straight on and distressed the frustration.

that flight was a mess, irrespective of the date, it is clear to be a MEA flight from the hostesses. How did he pre plan this? Did he break the seat before hand, and the table for the madam, and the screen and the AC to move to hot air? Come on all, there was some serious issues on this flight that go beyond the generic issues that one carries in any flight…and no, you do not face stuff like this all the time in today’s carriers, Emirates, Etihad, flydubai, Saudi Airlines, KLM, easyjet, Jazeera air…. never that bad if bad at all.

Hussein used all his social tactics to get attention, and I don’t hear anyone asking what spiked this in the first place….maybe a call out to the social / PR team to put their ego aside and work on some serious crisis management. If he was promoting himself, well done, he got more attention than MEA would ever do within the social communities :)

This is my personal view, feel free to agree or disagree….I don’t care. I don’t fly MEA anyway as I have never had a good experience with them….ever.

  13. Anonymous May 8, 2012 at 9:09 pm #

    Hi All,

I would like to clarify several things here. I know Hussein personally, and i know what his intentions were/are. My exact words to him at the beginning were as follows: “I am personally biased towards MEA for different reasons, mainly because I have relatives who work for MEA, and I am where I am now because of that.”

1- Cyril: Don’t be silly. Hussein is 100% lebanese and has nothing to do with Royal Jordanian. You actually made me laugh! :)

2- Gilles, if you check the last video and pause it on seconds (46,47,48) you can see that it is flight 427 on May 3rd.

3- I already explained to Hussein that the AC on the ground doesn’t work as efficient as it is in the air for various reasons, some are mentioned above.

4- Hussein has no personal Vendetta against MEA, but in my personal opinion it was an overreaction. He raised a letter to the management, they didn’t reply, so he posted the videos. (not in a different order)

5- MEA needs encouragement to be a better company, and their management is really poor. Politics has a lot to do with it plus the fact that MEA will lose their “franchise” to be the only airline operating in Lebanon this year. (no need to elaborate alot here)

6- There was a comment about flying from Paris to Beirut on A330, I believe the entertainment system on the A330 isnt also perfect. But the A330s are newer than the A320 that Hussein was on, so you can’t really compare.

7- Instead of going crazy on Hussein, maybe you have to ask:

Why was the seat broken and not fixed before taking off from Beirut?
Why is cabin crew always rude with the passengers?
Why didn’t the cabin crew give the man the food that he requested when booking?
Why doesn’t MEA fix their entertainment system?

and different many more questions to ask.

Hussein, is just trying to speak out loud. But in Lebanon, speaking out loud is something forbidden, and free opinion, which every single one of you is entitled to, is also forbidden.

At the end, and as I said, I am biased towards MEA, specially that i get a special treatment and never sat in economy class, so never knew that the seats dont bend backwards, I still support Hussein on his comments which should come out as constructive criticism rather than negative attack.

Good Luck to all and have safe trips, hopefully with MEA! :)

    • Mark May 8, 2012 at 10:01 pm #

I would like to ask MEA why they sent my wife an email stating they changed her seat for our May 30th flight back to Beirut. We booked our tickets together online and we booked our seats next to each other but now they’ve decided to move her to row 22 while i’m sitting in row 27? Don’t know what they were thinking.

  14. Zeidan May 8, 2012 at 9:27 pm #

    Anonymous …. Perfectly stated!

  15. Also Anonymous May 9, 2012 at 3:26 am #

Hilarious, Anonymous sounds a lot like Hussein to me… Be calling himself Daisy next in a social media rebranding. What a pillock! I feel sorry for him however, because his vendetta (it can only be described as such) is doing a lot more for damaging his own credibility than MEA. Forget MEA employing him, I know I sure as hell wouldn’t go near him with a barge pole for my company. I also don’t blame MEA for not giving him the time of day, why waste their time and resources in answering his questions. Probably thinking “good ridance, fly on another airline if you don’t like it, we’re fully booked”

LOL You pathetic excuse for a social media guru. I thank you however for the entertainment

  16. Also Anonymous May 9, 2012 at 3:44 am #

Ok, so my comment was removed don’t know why, wasn’t offensive, just restating that Hussein seems to be a douche, and I wouldn’t bother responding if I were working at MEA to long letters full of bravado, let alone consider employing the guy.

Hussein is a Social Media Consultant? Only 130 odd followers on Facebook, no website? Also all the people here bigging him up are his “friends”, or simply himself under different names

A lot of huffing and puffing about nothing

  17. Posh May 9, 2012 at 4:07 pm #

I don’t understand the hype behind all this.

MEA on-board flight services simply suck. The seating is uncomfortable, the entertainment systems don’t always work, some of the planes seem very old on the inside (although most of their fleet are brand new Airbuses), the stewards/stewardesses have an attitude and all look like Nancy Ajram, and the food has gone from bad to worse. On my recent trip from Beirut to London less than a few weeks ago, I found a thick black hair in the omelet they’d served me.

We do and say all this not to make slanderous allegations. It is because we care for a better service and we all know that MEA can do much better.

Now about how safe it is to fly with MEA – I think pretty much safe. I would like to trust our pilots, our engineers, and the meticulous maintenance our planes receive while on ground.

  18. lebmambojumbo May 9, 2012 at 4:47 pm #

hahaaha this is brilliant, ‘anonymous’ sounds like Hussein, i love his post about how he cares about Lebanon and that he is just doing the right thing , yeah ok. I still say he is doing this for his own personal reasons, seems he cant hold down a job…anyway now he will be on kalam el nass apparently.

This is not about breaking the taboo in Lebanon and speaking out, come on people next you ll be comparing Hussein to Joanne of Arc or Ghandi, all alone fighting the big bad MEA and trying to save the people of Lebanon. Why start with MEA, why not go for womens rights, disabled rights, immigrants rights, children rights, and countless others, why focus on Lebanon if he is trying to help Lebanon, plus if he is such a big shot let him sit first class and stop bitching about bad service, you pay peanuts you get monkeys Hussein write that down.

Whatever i am not to bothered about what he did, as i said previously, he probably did it to gain some attention or just because he is bored or wants to show how effective he is at social media, in any way he seems like a kid without a cause.

So in retrospect, he gained nothing but showing the world he is a bit of a weirdo and that no one should hire him.

ANd the point AlsoAnonymous made is brilliant, a social media consultant with 130 friends of FB and 2000 bought followers on twitter come on
who is he fooling, oh and the website really , still dont know html or dreamweaver, give me a break, no one in social media doesnt know these things!

    Leb out
    on this entire subject
its yesterdays news, hope you enjoyed your last 15 minutes of fame Hu who?

  19. Zeidan May 9, 2012 at 6:48 pm #

    Re MEA response:

Typical MEA….ignore customer, talk corporate lingo….

The least they could have done is throw an apology for the inconvenience to the passengers showing that they at least care…

    SUPER FAIL!

  20. Sasi May 10, 2012 at 1:34 am #

can you actually afford flying those airlines, MEA and air France? their pricing policies are insane. With 15 million Lebanese expat they should be a bit smarter in the way they price their flight during the summer season for example so the Lebanese could benefit to come home and boost the precious fuc**** economy but no its simple rip off,

example : June 11 June 20 cost you 1219 USD from Paris to Beirut. INSANE! And to fly where Beirut, where there is nothing then corruption, instability and expensive like hell! Oh Lebanon Lebanon what a messy place you are, not to mention you cant even eat due to the meat scandals and environmental problems, traffic jams, power cuts, racism toward skin and color of people and foreigner and etc. lack of human rights!

  21. Sasi May 10, 2012 at 1:36 am #

P.s but let the Lebanese clap instead of demanding change as usual like their naive attitude of picking up the phone before even the plane land and calling their mama or clapping like morons that they have reached Lebanon!

    akh wlik tfeh!

  22. Samir Farha May 10, 2012 at 7:00 am #

Iam an ex duty officer that worked for MEA for 17 years I feel sad to see such comments go public inspite of the fact that it is the only organization in the country that is and was perfectly functioning to those who like MEA I wish they send their comments to the company and I am sure it will be a ppreciated by the company. My advice to the management is to employ a couple of good quality persons as on flight inspectors to watch and report all aspects on the flights to management. And you will find great changes .

  23. Samir Farha May 10, 2012 at 2:21 pm #

I read a lot of critics about the services and the prices of tickets on MEA as an ex employee I was always thinking they will not be able to find passengers to fly with them at this difference of prices the fact was that they were the only airlines that was very difficult to find a seat on from any station why is that? Is because their passengers like to give away their money or because they are getting some thing more in return to what they pay ??. services make all the difference . Six months before Mr Assad Nasser pased away I met him in a funeral and asked him how the company is doing ? He said”great , Mr Hout is doing an excellent job” ? We should not ask MEA to lose money by reducing prices as far as we can save money on other airlines and we do not care to have good service !!!!!!!

  24. Hussein M. Dajani May 11, 2012 at 4:51 pm #

This message goes out to our proud Lebanese National Airline, Middle East Airlines – Air Liban, and to media, bloggers, social media fanatics, Lebanese nationals in and out of Lebanon, and friends who supported me with my cause.

1- Thank you. Thank you for listening and for acting.

2- The posts which I put on social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin, and Google+) on May 3rd, 2012 and became a “campaign” later on taking into consideration the hype they took, were not for any political / religious / or personal agenda. They were simply because of personal frustration. I envisioned doing what I did as the best way to bring MEA’s attention to the drawbacks that were taking place (especially that I have addressed them on several occasions via calls and emails to MEA).
Being Lebanese and proud of our Lebanese National Airline gave me the right to do what I did. Instead of talking, I decided to put my nagging words into action. And time proved that what I did worked.
Be it luck, I don’t know, but what matters is that:
    - My / people’s voices were heard,
    - MEA proved to be a responsible and caring brand because they acted upon it. And this is something NEW in Lebanon and the Arab world! RESPECT for that! Well done!

I am motivated by pride, to regain pride in my country and its gems. I am motivated because I see other countries climb faster than Lebanon and go farther than Lebanon. And these countries do not have half the natural and human resources we, Lebanese, have. They do not have half the education and culture that we have. But what they have is motivation, inspiration, and dedication.

Taking into consideration MEA’s positive and supporting response and action (yes, for those of you who care and have been asking me, MEA did unblock me from accessing their FB page) and as a show of good will and faith, all posts which have comprised my “awareness campaign” of MEA’s lack of quality and consistency have been taken down on May 9, 2012.

But I do hope MEA will build on this faith and not let us, its loyal customers and fans, down.

It is clear inno all those who are saying MEA is the best are blindly defending MEA either because of personal interest ( most probably employees bil MEA) walla they are very emotional…worldairlineawards.com lists world’s top 10 airlines, this list contains 3 Arab airlines but sure not MEA.
Let me begin by stating that I am a Lebanese who is residing outside of Lebanon and am not running any airline company wala i work b any field related lal siye7a (just 7atta ma yittihmouneh inno 3indeh shi dodd il MEA aww any similar silly accusation). Inno the point here is not Hussein, nobody cares if he has bad intentions for MEA walla la2…the guy shot a video which is a proof wil MEA obliged him to delete it…3indo kill il 7a22 inno ykabber il mawdou3 add ma biddo isa le2a very bad service…isa jame3et il MEA maj3oujin minno, khalliyon yzabbtio their service wysiro more competitive w ya3rfo inno nowadays people don’t accept shitty service anymore (I paid for a ticket then u must serve me very well, otherwise ill take photos and spread them on the net)…
Everything in Lebanon is deteriorating, il 3elam 3ambtit2addam baynama libnen kill melo la wara (politicians khirbene (they consider themselves as god while they are employees obliged to serve us(we pay their salaries), il wasta maximum, il health service zbeleh, il kahraba ma2tou3a, il 3g is a new invention b leb, il tor2at killa jouwar, security ma fi, il nawar kill melon bizido, ma fi wala dawleh, kenet moujewira walla b3ideh, illa manna 3ambtil3ab b mokh part min il sha3b, ma fi retirement plan). Il MEA at some point (wa2ta ma ken fi ktir shirak airlines) was gr8 but now it is deteriorating like anything else b hal balad.
Hussein and others who don’t keep their mouth shot when they c ihmel, keep up the good work w hopefully at some point u’ll be the majority w u’ll do a change.

wtf? i’m actually not shocked at your comment but more shocked at Rami for allowing offensive comments like this on the blog. I guess Rami just cares about high comments and doesn’t care about offensive comments such as yours. This isn’t freedom of speech btw Rami if that’s your defence.

Not really Mark, if all I care about is my comments count I would have added more by personally replying to each one. But I’m seriously rarely keeping up with the comments lately. I even just got to approve one of Hussein Dajani’s replies that he left two days ago.
Anyway, I just edited Jihad’s comment.
