Some parts were so clear to me as well, but he was telling the guy that he can leave and get a refund if he’s annoyed, and then continues to explain that they actually took time to get on the stage because people found it difficult to reach the venue because of the traffic and it is his duty to wait for everyone to come since they have all paid for their tickets.
