LC Waikiki is Finally Opening in Lebanon!

Almost all those who have traveled to Turkey are probably familiar with the famous clothing store there called LC Waikiki.

I’ve been twice to Istanbul with my wife over the last couple of years and each time we went to LC Waikiki we ended up buying more than a dozen items each, we even got enough stuff for our little boy that had him covered for a whole year. The brand delivers products that are of seriously good quality at very affordable prices.

A friend sent me these two photos from City Mall Dora yesterday showing LC Waikiki are set to open their first branch in Lebanon. And while it’s definitely a great news, I really hope they expand into other places because City Mall is my least favorite shopping destination.

Thank you Chady

At first, let me introduce myself as a new customer in your Lebanese Branch.

Now I understand why you have removed the “review” section from your facebook page.

I will tell you what happened yesterday 9.2.2017 9:40pm during my first visit to your shops at CityMall Dora.

I was really enjoying the shopping since you have a wide beautiful collection. I got so many items that they filled 3 big bags. But, the reason of this email was all about the time i have waited to pay for these clothes (approximately 20 minutes) and when i told the cashiers who were messing around and no one was doing his duty, they looked at me as if i shouldn’t have told them that they didn’t notice me standing in front of them waiting to pay.

Besides the long stand, the girl was “throwing” my clothes in the bag instead of putting them gently.

I do not think this is the way your company wants her employees to treat customers.
