Have you seen the latest billboard by Total Lebanon?

They claim their new Effimax fuel has additives that reduce fuel consumption and extend the life of a car’s engine. With the current price we’re paying for fuel here, I definitely want to drive more for the same amount I’m paying, and I hope this is not false advertising!
As compared to regular 95 and 98 octane fuels, TOTAL Effimax stands out by its unique proprieties and benefits:
TOTAL Effimax reduces costs
Thanks to its components the TOTAL formula improves combustion properties of fuels and gives them better performance. TOTAL Effimax reduces the fuel consumption and maintenance costs of the vehicle.

Why in Dahieh specifically? Why not “The best pizza in Lebanon” instead?

And why don’t we see similar billboards in other places like Jounieh or Tripoli for example?
Seems like Beyonce’s new Heat perfume ads were too provocative for some people! I was on my way to work this morning when I noticed they were vandalized overnight at Dora highway. (Same as what happened to Marie France’s ads back in May)

The act is pretty weird though… there are much more other explicit ads all over the country, why did they decide to just target this one?
Anyway, it’s good no one thought of playing the video commercial of the perfume at one of the newly installed outdoor giant screens!

Tnein bi 15? Yalla!! Ahh tnein subscriptions…

This is a new billboard advertisement for CableVision that is all over the streets now.
Joe has already pointed out that it’s a copycat, but I would like to add that the use of a hot girl in such ad is VERY cheap!
Right after the Free Patriotic Movement published this billboard:

The Lebanese Forces replied with this one:

The FPM’s billboard says “The third republic is for sure”, while the Lebanese Forces billboard shows that the third republic’s flag is going to be yellow, i.e. ruled by hizbollah, proving that the FPM are hizbollah’s puppets. More explanation on that can be found here. I liked the LF reply, regardless if it is true or not!
Notice that this Lebanese Forces billboard can also be spotted in Tarik El-Jadida, a Sunni area in Beirut, and I honestly find it ironic. In 2009, 19 years after the Lebanese civil war, the Lebanese Forces are warning the Sunnis from the Shia’s agenda… Fews years ago, the Sunnis of Tarik El-Jadida used to admire Nasrallah and mock Samir Geagea in prison!
Almost three weeks ago, Liliane (from lilzi.blogspot.com) blogged about this cool billboard at Antellias:

The billboard says “Sara… Will you marry me? Cedric”. At that time, I think every girl was envying Sara and wishing to find a guy like him. And I honestly felt jealous of him!
But just today, Tarek (from beirutntsc.blogspot.com) revealed the truth! It wasn’t a real proposal, it was a pure advertisement for Sleep Comfort.

The girls can now breath I guess, men like Cedric do NOT exist!!
The subject of the third post of the billboard wars series is FPM’s “sois belle et vote” billboard, which was the talk of the Lebanese blogsphere yesterday. Today I got two photoshopped versions of it, the first one being a reply from the Lebanese Forces, and the second one from the FPM themselves replying to the LF.
So, here’s the original one.

And that’s how the Lebanese Focrces replied.

Then the FPM thought of doing a remake, inspired from Walid Jumblat’s leaked video.

Right after the Future Movement lunched their advertisement campaign in Maten and Keserwan with the billboards below,

The Free Patriotic Movement responded with the following billboard!

I have to admit, this one is “2awiyyeh”.
