Anyone knows what was he up to and what happened to him?

Why is he running naked in front of girls?. There is nothing wrong if a man strips nude in front of a man in men baths or sauna baths,but not in front of girls.Did he do that to attract attention or to become famous?. Was he expelled and kicked out of the University?. By the way,he is cute.
