pretty stupid, if the food bad then is anyone’s right to say its crappy, suing him shows that the food is indeed bad and they have something to hide, why don’t they just fix the mistake, that will reflect more positively on them (listening to customer feedback and all) a free lunch seems to do it.

well i believe that the social media is creating a big buzz around the world and having its own power nowadays, they both are now more popular but i still believe that the restaurant could have dealt with the issue more appropriately without all this ridiculous actions
