Remember the construction company that made a media buzz back in 2009 with the Cedar Island project it was promoting?
Call me naive, but this company, Noor Holding, had everything needed to let you think they’re doing legitimate business. A prestigious office in downtown Beirut, excessive advertising, claims about hundreds of household units being built, a good looking website, a “golden” phone number (01-999999), and a TV station. And at the end it turned out that the whole thing was nothing but a scam with the founder Mohammad Saleh (the man in the above photo) escaping with 5 million dollars! I definitely don’t want to be in the shoes of those who have paid down payments for booking apartments with Noor Holding. These people will probably get nothing but news about Mr. Saleh moving from one country to another with their money…
He is not going any where.. Interpol is on his track, and he is Turkey right now.

This guy actually made Lebanon a favor.
He took millions from idiots that thought the Cedar island was a good idea, out of circulation.
I hope he spent the money, so that none is left for these people to reinvest it in another potentially stupid project.

I guess the only good thing that came out of all this is that the Cedar Island atrocity est tombe a l’eau ! I would love it if one day the names of all those who took bribes and approved such a project will be made public.

مش من مصلحة نور تغلط هيك غلطة والكل بيعرفها بوسط البلد
انا والدتي اشترت شقة من نور في القرية الكندية من 7 شهور وبعد شهرين طلبت الوالدة استرجاع الشقة وعرضتها للبيع عند نور
بعد 10 ايام اتصلوا علينا ورجعوا كل الفلوس اللي دفعنتها الوالدة مع ربح 15% من المبلغ المدفوع
خافوا ربنا ياجماعة
مكاتبهم بعدها مفتوحة والموظفين موجودين وصاحب الشركة رجع من يومين على بيروت وامس التقيت معه بكوستا سوليدير

I only meet him once, Dr. Saleh by nature is a great person.
I had dealing with Doc Saleh back in 2009, and he tried to help me execute my international boxing project in Dubai. He knew a lot of high level people that i met throgh him. Although the boxing project did not materialize but Ihave been conducting a lot business with connections that came through him….never drink from a well and through in it a stone… if he was right, God bless him and if he did wrong , God forgive him…
